Levels of mental health support:

Level 1: wellness and early support
For individuals experiencing adjustment challenges, stress, social isolation, or hardship coping emotionally
Support includes:
- Mental health screenings
- Wellness education and workshops
- Support groups
- Stress management resources
- Community engagement activities
- Outdoor wellness programs
Main Goal:
Prevent challenges from escalating while supporting their wellbeing
Level 2: Ongoing mental health support
For individuals experiencing ongoing anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, & amily conflict
Support includes
- Professional assessments
- Referrals to counseling services
- Case management support
- Family support services
- Follow up and monitoring
Main Goal
Provide long term support until individuals feel better
Level 3: High level need
For individuals experiencing severe mental health concerns, psychiatric crises, suicidal thoughts, safety risks, or siutation requiring urgent professional intervention
Support includes:
- Emergency referrals
- Connecting to medical providers
