Professional mental health screening:
Confidential screening conducted by licensed clinicians to assess emotional well being, depression, PTSD symptoms, and other mental concerns.
Referrals to mental health providers:
Connecting individuals and families with counseling, therapy, and community based mental health resources
Wellness programs & stress management
Programs designed to strengthen resilience, reduce stress and promote healthy coping mechanisms.
Support groups
Safe spaces where individuals can connect with others, share experiences, and build community support
Family and youth support
Support for youth, parents, and families to navigate through the adjustment challenges, relationship concerns and life transitions.

Levels of mental health support:
Level 1: wellness and early support
For individuals experiencing adjustment challenges, stress, social isolation, or hardship coping emotionally
Support includes:
- Mental health screenings
- Wellness education and workshops
- Support groups
- Stress management resources
- Community engagement activities
- Outdoor wellness programs
Main Goal:
Prevent challenges from escalating while supporting their wellbeing
Level 2: Ongoing mental health support
For individuals experiencing ongoing anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, & amily conflict
Support includes
- Professional assessments
- Referrals to counseling services
- Case management support
- Family support services
- Follow up and monitoring
Main Goal
Provide long term support until individuals feel better
Level 3: High level need
For individuals experiencing severe mental health concerns, psychiatric crises, suicidal thoughts, safety risks, or siutation requiring urgent professional intervention
Support includes:
- Emergency referrals
- Connecting to medical providers
